Please take into consideration when you book a party with us:

- We recommend you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.  

 

- We require a 25% non-refundable retainer to secure your booking, as soon you received the confirmation from us with the remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to the party date. 

 

- A cancelled party or changes in the number of the package 7 days or less before the event will result in a 0% reimbursement. We will not set up a party if there is no payment in advance. 

 

- A fully refundable security bond of $150 is also payable prior to the delivery of the teepee party package.  This security bond will be refunded in full when we pick up as long as the styled party package is undamaged.

- Each additional damaged teepee will cost $150 for replace 

 

- Delivery and set up time is 4pm and collection time at 10am (18 hours). If you require earlier or later pick up we, will do our very best to meet your request.
