WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept credit, debit, and cash. You may make your payments through our website.

WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED?
For Tea Parties
We require a 25% non-refundable retainer to secure payment your booking. The full balance of the party must be paid 7 days before the booking date.
For Teepee Parties
We require a 25% non-refundable retainer payment to secure your booking. The full balance of the party must be paid 7 days before the booking date. A fully refundable security bond of $150 (cash) is also payable before delivery, which will be refunded upon the collection of the undamaged styled teepee package.

IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
A fully refundable security bond of $150 is due upon set-up, which will be refunded in full when we pick up as long as the styled teepee package is undamaged.

IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE FOR TEEPEE PARTIES?
There may be depending on your location!
The first 50 miles round trip are included in your packages.
After 50 miles round trip it will be .50 cent per mile.

WHAT IF THERE IS SEVERE WEATHER OR AN ILLNESS?
In case of severe weather or illness, Lily B’s Tea and Teepee Parties, LLC reserves the right to reschedule your party. If the guest of honor becomes ill, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your party based on availability (a doctors statement will be required for a “reschedule”). An additional retainer is not necessary to reschedule due to severe weather or illness. Please realize that additional charges for perishable items and resending invitations will be necessary.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY PARTY DATE?
If the party needs to be rescheduled, we will work with you in finding another date within 90 days that is satisfactory with no additional deposit fee. You will be responsible for paying for any items bought for the party that are perishable and for the cost of resending invitations. If you decide to cancel the party for any reason, your retainer is non-refundable and treated as a cancellation fee.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Outside 30 days of booking date $20.00 processing fee
30 -15 days of delivery date 25% of the invoice amount
14 to 7 days from delivery date 50% of invoice amount
1 to 6 days from delivery date 100% of the invoice amount.

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE?
Now! Our schedule will fill up fast and is first-come, first serve.
Due to Friday and Saturday nights and the school holidays being optimal for sleepovers, we will often book up months in advance.

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED AGE FOR TEEPEE “SLUMBER” PARTIES?
Kids are normally ready for “slumber” parties from the age of 6 and above.
Our teepees “slumber” parties are not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
Kids 5 and younger require additional supervision and assistance.
Our teepee play dates are best for ages 5 years and younger; however, ages 6> are welcome to book play dates.

WHEN IS THE DELIEVERY DATE FOR TEEPEE PARTIES?
The delivery date is usually the day of the function/ booked date, unless otherwise specified.

WHAT IF A PARTY GUEST HAS ALLERGIES?
It is your responsibility to check with party guests for any food allergies and inform us of any concerns. We will as so request notification of food allergies in the invitation. We will gladly work with you to accommodate the guests, but if we are unable to accommodate, we suggest you or the parent provide alternate refreshment(s) for the child.
WHAT ABOUT GUESTS WHO ARE LATE?
We do our very best to start on time and end on time. Therefore, please make sure your guests realize how important it is to arrive promptly. We have a lot of fun packed into the party time and wouldn't want anyone to miss anything. We are unable to wait for guests who arrive late. Any late-arriving guest may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to upon their arrival.

DO YOU SERVICE BOYS FOR TEA PARTIES?
Yes, we certainly do! Most of our tea party packages have the option to include boys.
We can also create a custom tea party theme that is unique to your little gentleman’s personality.

DO YOU SERVICE BOYS FOR TEEPEE PARTIES?
Yes, we sure do! We have so many fun themes for boys.
We have neutral and boy themed fabrics and accessories and are adding more all the time.
DO YOU ONLY HAVE TEEPEE “SLUMBER” PACKAGES?
No, we have packages for play dates and picnics as well

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR A TEEPEE PARTY?
The amount of space needed will be determined based on the number of teepees being used.
Our teepees range from 27inches to 72 inches (small to extra large)

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE THE SET UP AREA?
Lily B’s Tea & Teepee Parties will not provide assistance moving your furniture. Please have furniture moved prior to our arrival. Please make sure the floor space if clean and sterile. A $20 charge per 15-minute increment will be charged if we have to wait on you to move your furniture. This fee is highly enforceable.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP A TEEPEE PARTY?
90-120mins depending the details involved as it relates to the decors, accessories and a la carte items.

HOW IS THE TEEPEE AND BEDDING EQUIPMENT CLEANED?
All of the teepee bedding is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each sleepover.
The teepee covers are laundered after each party using sensitive washing detergent.
Mattresses, cushions, and decorative items are always disinfected and spot cleaned when necessary.
We don’t use damaged items because we want everything to look amazing every time!

ARE THE TEEPEES WATERPROOF?
Most of our teepees are waterproof. We will not allow indoor only teepees to be used outdoors.

CAN THE TEEPEES BE USED OUTDOORS?
Teepees can only be used outdoors under the following conditions:
*Signed waiver agreement
*Use of waterproof teepees only
* An additional mat is used ($10 per teepee) to place under the mattresses and teepee
* Rain, Hail, Sleet or Snow is not in the weather forecast
* Sprinklers, hoses, splash pools, etc. must not be used near any Teepee equipment, decors and accessories
* All pets must be kept from contact with any Teepee equipment, decors and accessories
